for the earth ,we need to save the earth before it is too late.

we recycled the bottles and planted flowers which could have just been littered.

3.why should we help the environment ?

 first we got soda bottles and cut them to a good size  then we painted them and put plants in them and we are now waiting for them to grow !

First aid session

 Today room 1 had a fist aid session about about DRSABCD.

D-danger 

R-response 

S-send help

A-Airway 

B-Breathing 

C-C.P.R 

D-Defib

in a situation this is what you do.

1.look for danger,smell for danger make sure to look for at least 5 seconds.

2.response see if they are responding by using your back palm and banging their collar bone and seeing if they can hear you. 

3.send for help if they are not responding call 111. 

4.using two hands tilt the patients head backwards,to help clear air ways we do this so the tongue does not cover your airways.

5.now check their breathing,do not check their pulse.Put your ear on their mouth and your hand on their chest if they are not breathing care fully roll them on to their side and put their head up so they can vommit.

6.doing C.P.R put your knuckles around the fingers on the other hand.Then compressing the songs like baby shark and row row row your boat.Make sure you are going up and down and make sure not to move your hands.Make sure you are not sitting your knees are on the ground your hands are straight and you are going up and down 

7.a defib is what you need when youu are dealing with C.P.R it is a vital thing make sure you are listening carefully to the instructions,

Today Charlotte and i made a DLO about the rosary and the prayers that you say when you pray the rosary.Today  i only did the one decade,because it is the month of the rosary and we have been saying one decade of the rosary each day for prayer time.

how to look after your chromebook

W.A.L.T :learning to understand on how to look after our chrome books.

Today Charlotte and I had to highlight all the things about Kawa of care and how to look after our chrome books.The yellow are the very very important things,green is very important  ,and blue is just important.So we had to highlight each sentence of one of the colours five times

When passing your chromebook to anyone or carrying your chromebook in the classroom the lid must be closed you must carry it with two hands only carry one chromebook at a time

i highlighted thus because you could drop your chromebook and break it will always be in the right place, at the right time when I am online. If in doubt I will ask my teacher or parent

i highlighted that because it is not safe to be on the wrong thingI will protect my password and keep it completely secret i highlighted this because itis not good if you tell someone your pass word because they could get into your chromebook and hack it

,And this is the work that i have done.

Today Charlotte and I made a DLO about how we can help world a difference and why,

how can you help the world,and make it a better place ?

Volcano fun in room 1 !

 w.a.l.t to see the reaction of the Vinegar and baking soda.

For the past 2 weeks in room 1 we have been creating volcanoes and learning a lot about them,

We used news paper and glue and a bottle to create the volcano look then used white paper 

after so we could paint the volcano.

Today we took out our volcanoes and sat them on some grass and started the process for the eruption.

First Miss Holland and Melissa filled our volcanoes with the water and die and then after that 

is when it was the eruption they then filled our volcanoes with vinegar and they started to erupt.

I like how i got to see everyones  volcanoes and something that i would change is i would add more baking soda.
