First aid session

 Today room 1 had a fist aid session about about DRSABCD.

D-danger 

R-response 

S-send help

A-Airway 

B-Breathing 

C-C.P.R 

D-Defib

in a situation this is what you do.

1.look for danger,smell for danger make sure to look for at least 5 seconds.

2.response see if they are responding by using your back palm and banging their collar bone and seeing if they can hear you. 

3.send for help if they are not responding call 111. 

4.using two hands tilt the patients head backwards,to help clear air ways we do this so the tongue does not cover your airways.

5.now check their breathing,do not check their pulse.Put your ear on their mouth and your hand on their chest if they are not breathing care fully roll them on to their side and put their head up so they can vommit.

6.doing C.P.R put your knuckles around the fingers on the other hand.Then compressing the songs like baby shark and row row row your boat.Make sure you are going up and down and make sure not to move your hands.Make sure you are not sitting your knees are on the ground your hands are straight and you are going up and down 

7.a defib is what you need when youu are dealing with C.P.R it is a vital thing make sure you are listening carefully to the instructions,
